1. How long does it take for my massage chair to be shipped from the day the order is placed?

KOMODER guarantees the delivery of the desired massage chair within 7-14 days from the booking date, if it is in stock. If the desired armchair in the desired color is not in stock, delivery may take aproximately one month.

2. How long does the warranty last?

Komoder products are fully guaranteed for 3 years. Depending on the number of requests and the technical problem, the intervention time is up to 1 week.

3. Where and how can I test the massage chairs?

There are two ways in which you can test a KOMODER massage chair:
1. In our KOMODER Showrooms, under the careful guidance of our brand representatives
The showroom is reserved for each person who is making an appointment for a private test session of maximum 2 hours.

2. Testing the massage chair in safe conditions, under the careful guidance of our colleagues, upon delivery of product, with a free return policy of the massage chair if it is not suitable to your needs and expectations.

4. What is the weight of a massage chair?

Depending on the particular model, our massage chairs weigh between 80 and 190 kg net weight.

5. What is the size of an armchair?

Depending on the particular model, our massage chairs have a width of 73-85 cm, a lenght/depth of 113-167 cm in vertical position and between 170 and 220 cm in Zero Gravity completely elongated. The height may vary between 111 and 130 cm in normal, vertical position.

6. How can I pay? Which are the payment methods?

There are multiple payment methods:

1. CASH upon delivery;
2. Upfront by debit/credit card;
3. Upfront by bank transfer;
4. Credit card upon delivery;
5. Secured 3D online payment link;
6. Instalments;

7. How does the scanning system works?

For most massage chairs, before the automatic massage begins, the rollers move for about 20 seconds and the system recognizes the position of the shoulders in the massage chair. For top models, not only the position of the shoulders but also the height and weight of the user are recognized.

8. What is the difference between 3D and 4D?

For maximum tissue penetration and precise massage, 4D rollers give users a deeper tissue massage. These 4D rollers can rotate and reach different angles that 3D rollers cannot. In addition, in a 4D massage, the rollers can automatically accelerate or slow down to focus on tense muscles. The purpose of the 4D technology development was to make the massage chair more capable of reproducing the massage a therapist can offer. The massage intensity is relatively higher in a 4D massage chair (4 directions) than a 3D one (3 directions).

9. Where are the massage chairs manufactured?

The global production of massage chairs is done in Asia, but most important is that the chairs are produced according to the technology, materials and design chosen by our company, according to European standards, for the European market. In the Komoder range you will find massage chairs made in Japan, China or Taiwan.

10. How can I clean the massage chair?

For cleaning we recommend using water or a non-alcoholic detergent. In addition, most of the upholstery components are detachable to make the cleaning process as easy as possible. The textile parts can be washed by hand at a temperature of 30 degrees. We recommend that you disconnect the chair from the power supply for any cleaning procedure.

11. Can the KOMODER massage chairs be purchased in installments?

Each KOMODER subsidiary has its own installment purchase policy for both individuals and legal entities. We recommend that you contact your KOMODER sales representative for more information.

12. Does massage chairs have contraindications?

In general, the use of a massage chair should be avoided in the following cases:

- chronic inflammation of the joints;
- recent surgery;
- bone-related diseases (aggravated osteoporosis, distorted joints, joint dysfunction or recent fractures);
- severe heart or circulatory problems * doctor's consent is recommended;
- malignant tumors, acute diseases;
- severe skin conditions or injuries or parts of the body under treatment;
- electrical medical device (eg. pacemaker);
- pregnancy;
- minors (min 1m50 height, 40 kg and under 14 years old);
- people with reduced cognitive-motor capacity can use the massage chair only with the doctor's approval and under supervision;
- the appliance has a heated surface, so people who are insensitive to heat must be careful when using the massage device. It is recommended to use it under supervision;

So, if you have any of these conditions or if you are not sure that the condition you are presenting with may be contraindicated, the best solution is to consult your current doctor or specialist who monitors your health: they are your medical authority and knows what is good for your health. We also recommend that you carefully read the device's user manual, which will allow you to use your device as accurately and efficiently as possible.

13. Do all KOMODER massage chairs have the "Zero Gravity" function?

Yes, all KOMODER produced massage charis have the Zero Gravity function integrated. Each product has at least one Zero Gravity position. Some models may have up to 3 Zero Gravity positions.

14. How do I know which massage chair is right one for me?

In order to choose the most suitable armchair for you, the Komoder sales representative will take into account a number of criteria:

1. Weight and height;
2. Desired intensity (soft, medium or strong);
3. The allocated budget;
4. Who will use it;
5. Health problems;
6. Personal use or in a business, for employees;
7. What do you expect from the armchair?

Feel free to talk to your sales representative who has in-depth knowledge of massage chairs and massage in general. As far as possible, schedule a test session in one of the Komoder Showrooms so that you can choose the most suitable massage chair for your needs.

15. What happens if the massage chair breaks down? Guarantee? Service?

The KOMODER technical team will provide the guarantee after you have reported any problems with the use of your massage chair to the customer service department. Our colleagues will reach you as soon as possible and will try to fix the problem on the spot. If the problem cannot be solved on the spot, we will take over the product for repair or exchange. The product reinstallation service remains provided by Komoder free of charge. Komoder will NOT ask you to ship the product to a Komoder maintenance center if the product has been purchased with a global warranty. Through the post-warranty service we offer you the same benefits as in the case of the warranty, but this is a paid service. In addition, we make sure that for a period of 8 years from the last sale (withdrawal of the product) we will offer complete services to our customers and we will have all the necessary parts to remedy the problem.

16. Can we opt for a delayed or fixed date delivery?

Yes, we can deliver the massage chair later than the assumed 14 days delivery time. Unfortunately delivering the massage chair at a fixed date involves high logistical costs. Nontheless, we will try, as much as possible, to aknowledge your request, but we are unable to guarantee you fixed delivery date.

17. Can we rent a massage chair? If so, what are the circumstances?

Yes, but only under certain circumstance. We invite you to conctact KOMODER representative for further details and information.

18. How much energy does the massage chair use?

All KOMODER massage chairs are in the A + consumption class. Your product will consume between 80 and 250W / h, depending on the model and the number of components (engines, pistons, air pumps) running simultaneously.

19. How long does the massage chair last?

Throught the warranty and post warranty KOMODER services, the life expectancy of a KOMODER massage chair is up to 8-10 years, under the normal usage condition. For exceptional usage conditions, we recommend contacting KOMODER representatives.

20. Is the price negotiable?

At KOMODER we take pride in our fair pricing policies. Thus, we will not engage in unfair or dumping policies, and try our best to offer the most competitive price to technology ratio. Periodically we have models which are sold with a certain discount. Our offers are constantly renewed so prices of products may vary from month to month. 21. What are the side buttons on the massage chair for?

The quick control panel gives you immediate access to some basic functions (changing the position of Zero Gravity, adjusting the backrest or foot system, choosing another type of automatic massage, etc.), without having to navigate the remote control menu.
